	Planning for Incapacity Prior to Death. Assisting and advising clients in connection with preparation for mental or physical incapacity prior to death.
	Structuring Asset Ownership. Assisting and advising clients in connection with the structure of their property ownership.
	Life Insurance. Assisting and advising clients in connection with the optimum ownership of life insurance policies.
	Employee Benefits. Assisting and advising clients in connection with the disposition of employee benefit assets.
	Minimization of Income and Transfer Taxes. Assisting and advising clients regarding estate plans involving lifetime and testamentary transfers that are designed to minimize federal and state income, estate, inheritance, gift, and generation-skipping taxes.
	Lifetime Giving. Assisting and advising clients with their personal and charitable objectives through lifetime gifts.
	Private Foundations. Assisting and advising clients in connection with private charities.

Estate Administration. Representing individuals and institutions serving as fiduciaries, including Executors and Trustees. Services include assisting and advising clients regarding state probate and fiduciary laws applicable to the administration of estates.
